Starts out as chocolate and vanilla with cherry notes then moves to more a tannic port wine with a smooth, almost boozy/brandy note. No coconut or ice cream sandwich cookies for me, but a general light sweetness that is more vanilla cream. Well done.

What a sophisticated beer. Loving the oakey, brandy, port wine complexities! Not getting coconut or cookies, but notes of chocolate, vanilla and cherries. The liqueur and barrel aged notes take this over the top. Strength without booziness. Well done!
