Genesee Nouveau

The folks at Top Hops Farm in Goodrich have been growing and processing since 2012, starting with 10.5 acres of hops. As of this year, they are pushing 17 acres of some of the most beautiful hops you will see. Tom and Nate were fortunate enough to visit the farm in early September as they were harvesting their Cashmere hops. They filled two big bags and 5 hours later the hops were steeping in 11 barrels of hot wort. The beer is straw colored and hazy with hints of pineapple, jack fruit and citrus juices. Drink it fresh, preferably outdoors, while you can. This beer won’t be back until next year’s harvest! Show Less
