Tons of whiskey & bourbon, brown sugar, sweet Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has an absurdly rich barrel character, good Belgian yeast character, dark sugars, some charred wood, a bit smoky. This is excellent, great barrels here.

Aged first in CO Single Malt & then CO Straight Bourbon. Quite exceptional, nearly still & more like sipping a well-aged spirit. The Belgian base beautifully accentuates the barrels. Rich & complex, woody vanillin oak w/ an extended, warming finish. 🥃🔥
