超久しぶりのRise & Win。先日他人に徳島のブルワリーのおすすめを教えようとして、全然名前が出て来なかったくらい久しぶり。ブリュットらしくブドウな風味はある。泡の立ち上りはブリュットらしい一条線ではなく散発的。そんなにドライってわけでもない。写真はKaruizawa Qタップルームの自家製ソーセージ。
