Rollin' In the Doh'

We were stoked to brew a collaboration beer with our friends at Long Beach Beer Lab. The founders of LBBL, Levi and Harmony Fried, are a the ultimate power couple as a brewer and a baker! For this beer we attempted to harness both of their superpowers and brew a Double IPA with leftover sourdough bread added to heighten the mash flavor and inflate the mouthfeel. For hopping we decided to utilize two of our favorite hops, Citra and Simcoe, and play with a well-known, but elusive, South African hop, Southern Passion. Show Less
