Heckin' Jala Man 'Dag Rum Barrel Aged Jalapeno Mango Ale 2021 Edition

Sweet n' Spicy, this beer surprises your tongue by being a perfect blend of both. A distinct jalapeno flavor is followed by mango sweetness, then leaves you with just a hint of heat. This ale is made with a base of our Cow ’Dag cream ale, with jalapenos added during the boil, and mango extract added right before carbonation. We then took this brew and aged it for over 9 months in a Rum Barrel. The aging process cut down the spice, and brought the jalapeno flavor to the forefront while keeping the mango sweetness in the back. The alcohol content was also increased, but the brew is so smooth you barely notice.
