FLN- balanced sour with light acidity, most likely caused by the rum barrel addition. Couldn’t taste rum but it softened out the sour base for sure. I got all strawberries on the nose even though there wasn’t any.

Raspberry dominates, the mango has disappeared and I couldn't detect the rum. Enough complexity to suggest they blended into the overall.

Raspberry nose and the berry flavour hits upfront. Very mild tropical fruit notes in the middle as a bit of thr barrel, particularly as it warms. Full body. Super dry, tart finish.
