This definitely has some Brett creeping in. Funk and mild acidity mixes with oak and bourbon. Feels like a historic stock ale rather than a modern barleywine. OK, but don't age any longer.

Revisiting an old friend...paired with Oak Island. Treasure? Not so much. Tartness starting to creep in. If only it was a wine barrel age Barleywine vs Bourbon. Still entirely drinkable. And enjoyable for the sweet caramel and booooze. 3.725 as is
