Rocky, cherry mocha head. Obsidian black in color. Aromatics of super sweet cherry, slight toast, Belgian esters and mild bourbon barrel notes. A roasted cherry bomb (!) with an unusually smooth cheery liqueur finish, blanketing our Belgian Porter richness. Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, imported chocolate, black and biscuit malt, Perle, East Kent Goldings hops and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain. Aged on Heaven Hills Bourbon barrels for one year and with sweet cherries for another two months. 6.1% ABV 32 IBU 14.8 OG
