Pours almost black with a good creamy head. Smooth roasted maltiness with tannic notes. Black coffee with hints of nuts and Speyside whisky. Gentle hedgerow hoppiness. Dry, but not brutal. Tobaccoey on the aftertaste. Interesting brew.
