Really good rich ale with a slight Belgian flavour and a rich red heart

A curate’s egg of a beer. Not a mild as I know it….it’s too pale. Not really a dubbel either, although there is a hint of “Belgian” in the flavour.

Rich and sweet, with caramel and toffee notes. Definitely a dubbel.
7/4/7/3/14 - Clear dark brown. Aroma of caramel, chewy grain and slight meaty hint. Sweet malty flavours. Nice Belgian hint.
