Apple skin, very funky & cheesey nose. Tastes bittersweet, tart, apple cider with some subtle wood barrel aged notes. Crisp yet quite creamy mouthfeel with a thin & highly carbonated body that leaves a clean & dry aftertaste. Delicious beer!
