Светло-жёлтый пшеничный цвет и совсем чутка непрозрачности. Пенится в меру. Аромат мягкий, тонкий, цветочно-травяной. Текстура очень мягкая и обволакивающая. Во вкусе липовый мёд, горечь и травы. Нью Ингланда толком и не найти, разве что в послевкусии.
