Red Rock Brewery will do a limited release of this beer. I sign up in 2020 and I was able to score a bottle. That first taste was very herby. But then get smoother with every sip.

I know they call this a Strong Belgian but I think this yeast pushes the bounds of a Sour. Very pungent with some slight tart flavors. I think it would be better as a 12oz bottle. For what they were going for, it hits a few marks but also misses a few.
