Fresh Kicks is inspired by Hazy IPAs from the Northeast – beers that are at their best consumed fresh. A blend of Azacca, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops, added to the whirlpool and also at multiple times in the fermentation process, produces hop flavors and aromas that mimic the addition of ripe tropical fruits. This cask was dry hopped with Ekuanot & Rakau Hops, adding strong impressions of citrus, fruit, and herbs on the aroma with a bitter hop finish. Read Less
