The very first beer in our new revolving Barrel series. This beer is a traditional Saison that went through primary fermentation with a traditional Belgian yeast and then moved to a freshly emptied Cabernet Barrel and aged on a yeast blend of Saccharomyces, Cerevisiae,
Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, & Pediococcus.
The result is a complex, slightly tart Saison with a subtle wine like character and redolent of oak. Show Less
