How many Shannon's does it take to brew a beer? Just one, and luckily Raleigh Brewing Company has two! Brewed by Marketing and Event Coordinator, Shannon Taylor, in celebration of her 30th birthday, she chose the black IPA for it's signature color and hoppiness. Roasted grain gives this beer its deep color and also adds to the subtle but sweet chocolaty aroma. Columbus hops provide a firm bitter background while Centennial, Falconers Flight, Simcoe and Citra were added as late additions in the boil as well when dry hopping to create an intense piney aroma. With it's velvety mouthfeel, this beer is dangerously drinkable! Show Less
