Hoptoberfest

This year's brew is a wet-hopped Vienna Lager with 35lbs of fresh whole cone Cascade hops from two local farms.

Hoptoberfest enters the glass in an autumn orange hue. Caramelized sugar aromas from malts and a hint of cinnamon spice from freshly-picked hops fill the nose. This medium-bodied brew has a crisp and light hop spice, sweet malt profile, and softly lingering hop flavour on the tongue, making it a perfectly balanced beer for fall.
