Batch #2017. Dry and tart, almost sour with oak and lots of tannins. Flavor is quite intense with this medium bodied cider.

Purchased at Raging Cider & Mead Co.

Funky, sour, apple-y. So very Herefordshire-like.

One of my favorites from Raging. Nice and dry, not too sweet, great fruit flavors.

Few and far between are American ciders I put in the same league of what I had in Somerset. The balance of sweetness, tartness, and acidity here is beautiful, fading into mild oak and slight vinegary funk. Best of all, it's still and drinkable. Love it.
