Deep amber with a beige head. Black treacle-like aroma. Dark malty flavor with resiny bitterness that finished a little nutty. I kept waiting for the vanilla to present itself. It never really comes out. But maybe it colors the aroma and other flavors.

If I could give this a negative rating I would. Zero is actually too good. This is awful. Tastes like somebody mistakenly brewed this in the sour mash still. I took one sip and just about spit it out. I promptly dumped the rest of the beer down the drain
