Very tart, otherwise very smooth. Can't believe it's over 10%. Nice dark fruit and I think I get a hint of the blackberries. Great sour, but not a very traditional quad.

Sour French oak and blackberry sweetness comes off with a wine vibe but the tart sourness and blackberry really steals the show.
Found this is the deep depths of my beer fridge :). Really strong BlackBerry nose!! Slightly sour, nice balance!
