Roes Red W/ Cherries & Mulberries

Presenting our very first fruited batch of Roes Red, our Flanders-style red ale. Inspired by the renowned Rodenbach Alexander beer of Belgium, this new batch features organic Washington dark tart cherries and organic Turkish black mulberries. It is also the second batch of Roes Red to age in Pure Carlsbad's 1,000-gallon Barolo cask from Italy. The result is a deep burgundy-colored ale with notes of cherry jam, mulberries, red wine sangria, and oak. The complexity of this beer is further driven by Winslow's proprietary blend of yeast strains—Belgian in origin—which produce sour lactic and acetic characteristics.
