Excellent hazy aspect with nice fluffy texture. Real weizen here with the excellent (and strong) banana taste, but then with a huge coco taste plus also vanilla which making it really excellent. If you dont like exotic flavours, switch! Cant feel the ABV!

Bonus originalité, c’est la première fois que je vois une « pastry hefeweizen ». C’est très gourmand, purée de banane coco qui écrase le palais, mais malgré tout on sent encore le côté bière de blé derrière, et ça c’est vraiment cool !
