This is a completely underrated and complex beer. I see how it took a medal at the GABF! This had a perfect balance of funk, tartness, wine barrel, and strawberries! The flavor layers were delicate and enjoyable with a touch of sweetness from the rhubarb.

First beer for me with both a cap and a cork! The bottle says to age for 3+ years, and I've given it 5, which has certainly yielded a delightful sour. Plenty of tart/tang, a barley wine-like body, and some sharp strawberry punch. De-bloody-licious.
