Nice idea, but the Amarillo hops dominate this beer. Don't get the clove or banana for balance. Plenty of fresh yeast in the aroma and well made, but It's clear this hop is best left for Pale Ales.

Beer 5307: I took a flyer on this one and it didn’t work out, it is way too spicy for a Weisse, it’s got the clove but totally lacking on the banana front, at least I get a decent home brew bottle though £3.60
