Malzig-süße Nase, riecht wie beim Würzekochen. Schwach karbonisiert, passt zum Stil. Der Antrunk ist zahm. Recht vollmundig, eher in die Süße Richtung. Wird herber und dann kommt die Würze wieder. Die bleibt auch im Abgang. Die Nase verspricht etwas mehr.
