I think some of the low reviews are just due to lack of knowledge for what’s going on here. This is wonderful. The complexity of the nose alone is worth it. pleasant acidity that is reminiscent of multi culture drinking vinegars. Melon notes are perfect

First time trying a spontaneous beer, went in with an open mind but just can’t get on board as much as I wish I could! ☹️ Didn’t like the flavor, can’t put my finger on what the weird taste is, and I love carbonation so I missed that!

MASSIVE improvement over the last box of this I tried. Nose is a pleasant overripe honeydew, but the drink is dry and underwhelming. Strange, almost metallic finish, like chewing the underripe rind or something.
