J’ai adoré, une ode à la framboise de bout en bout, bien présente au nez comme en bouche, soulignée par une acidité croquante. Bulles très sages, finale sur le fruit évidemment. M’a un peu rappelé la Carrioca de Gallia, dans l’esprit.
