The time this sit in a cellar, it's all roasty flavors. Something like chicory coffee, a stick of licorice dipped in scotch. The chocolate is almost missing. Very smooth.

Really pleasantly surprised. Brings back memories from when Prairie was the exciting new kid on the block and all their 12oz stouts were waxed. Maybe a little on the thin side, but overall held up surprisingly well.
