Left this one in the fridge for a while worried it was infected....thankfully it wasn't. Rich Bomb! Base....chili peppers play off the apple brandy booze and sweetness. Subtle cocoa and vanilla though almost unnoticeable. 14.5%abv imperceptible.

Geur is mooi, complex maar wel fruitig. Smaak lijkt me toch wel geinfecteerd. Licht zuur en wat fruitig. Niet slecht, maar het zure komt zeker niet van de Apple Brandy.
