Powerbatch 5000

First brewed as an ode to our original brewhouse somehow making it to 5,000 batches; and while that brewhouse is now living happily in Sonoma County, we decided to bring back Powerbatch to rotate in and out on our new brewhouse. This big ol' Double IPA uses some of our favorite hops, Citra and Mosaic from the Pacific Northwest, our tried and true de facto hops that never fail, alongside two of our favorite Southern Hemisphere hops, Dr. Rudi and Nelson, which compliment the already established and over the top tropical profile. When these southern and northern hemisphere worlds collide, it makes for one hell of a juicy celebration, saturating Powerbatch 5000 with notes of orange juice, tangerine zest, passionfruit, white peach, white wine grapes, ripe melon, papaya, mango, and lychee gummies.
