Very true to form Belgian-style saison. Lots of funk and barnyard notes. Mango character takes a back seat, adds a little fruitiness.

Bright vibrant orange color, lots of mango flavour but not terribly sweet. Barrel aging adds some interesting complexity to the saison taste
