One-dimensional lemon. No Brett, coriander, or salt. This is the worst gose Postdoc has made. Brett Barrel Gose is phenomenal, this is meh.
Sweet and funky with a spicy fruity finish. Quite nice in the funk level. Fruitinesss is hard to place, but I'd def drink this again.
