Definitely the one that held up best out of three. Port wine, intense dark chocolate and coffee beans just crushed and get into water. Hints of soy sauce indeed. Wish I had this when it used to be really a thing. Heat wave on palate. 3.80

2nd pour! Old school RIS Whale. No oxidation for 10 years old. Delicious port soaked oak cubes, mild chocolate, loads of toffee and dark malt, with dark fruits (plums) and raisins + a hint of smoke. Drinking killer for the age.
