Thx Sebastian T. for this present last year - perfect for joyful toasts. Wild Ale aged in wine barrels with rough, funky, wild fermented smell. Delicious berry aroma combined with extra dry mouthfeel and earthy, brett notes. As elegant as champagne.

Festive and funky brew! Really wild and crazy in smell and taste. Cassis is present, but like stoned&smashed cassis 😅🥳 Dry, vinous, acidic, yeasty and wonderfully joyful. With it's 6.5% very drinkable, too. Thx Sebastian T. for this exclusive delight!
