SMASH Pale Ale – Summer 2022

For this summer 2022 SMaSH beer – a Single Malt and Single Hop ale – we used Plummage Archer malt & some incredible newly-discovered YQH Experimental hops from one of our hop friends in WA!

While in the Pacific Northwest, our pal & owner of Yakima Quality Hops Tim discovered this variety of hop growing while on a hike. He plucked this wild hop, cultivated it, & shared it with few lucky breweries – including us – to brew something fun to learn more about this brand new hop.
