The name is a mouthful, just like our medium bodied, nutty brown ale! With a creamy mouthfeel and a ton of dry roasted pecan meal, Midnight Sliver transports you to Thanksgiving Day without the food coma! Pontoon uses real dry roasted pecan meal in the mash and secondary to give some pie crust flavor and uses real cinnamon and vanilla to balance out the Pecan Pie flavor!
