Parallel Lines

It’s a return leg collaboration literally years in the planning process – 2019 feels like a complete eternity ago since we first struck up a conversation and ultimately got the opportunity to work with the legendary North Brewing Co.

In the intervening five years, both breweries have moved up in scale; North moving from their humble industrial unit to the juggernaut Springwell site, and ourselves moving from the converted stable our namesake occupied to the space across our yard that has allowed us to grow to where we are today.

What better excuse then to invite our friends from Leeds to North Wales to display all that growth and knowledge over the course of half a decade. Wanting to work as closely to our original collaboration as possible, this beer goes ultra high on the oats and wheat to create a soft, pillowy, fluffy DIPA packed to the nines with hot side Cascade, and cold side Citra, Talus, and HBC 1019 all positively dripping with fresh chopped grapefruit, valencia oranges, peach, coconut cream, and caramelised banana.
