Mambo Sun

We make no secret of our passion for the old school here at Polly's, and melding old school notes in with those new school vibes we've become so infamous for forms a huge part of our day to day here at the brewery. Mambo Sun is an easygoing IPA that brings that new school juice to the party, with a hearty serving of old school bitterness to boot. Citra and Cascade represent the old school here, bringing a swag bag of grassy and pithy bitterness to proceedings, before a hyperload of new school juice takes over with a heavy lashing of Mosaic and Sabro hitting those mango, pineapple, coconut and passionfruit notes. All glued together with a healthy dose of our new favourite yeast strain London Fog for maximum suspension and mouthfeel, consider this a levelled up IPA. Show Less
