If You're Into It

A beer that feels an eternity in the making, we were first contacted by our pals 8 Wired toward the back end of 2020 to brew a trans-continental collaboration beer in celebration of New Zealand beer week. A series of unfortunate events seemed to be constantly putting this beer on the back burner before we finally managed to nail it down for 2023; and we’ve gone all out with If You’re Into It. A blessing in disguise as we’d just received a certified boat load of the freshest New Zealand hops, this beer is an all out showcase of the finest kiwi varietals we have access to. A supercharged hop bill of Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, and new to Polly’s Riwaka is bringing all manner of extreme citrus notes, fresh herbal complexity, as well as that unmissable white wine grape juiciness from in-house favourite Nelson.
