When we’re pressed to name the ultimate three way dance of hop varietals, it’s pretty difficult to go wrong with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Whilst there will no doubt be new school hype hops, and the ultra rare elusive varietals that’ll come and go from the brewery over our existence, these three pillars of Polly’s history stand the test of time and for good reason. There’s just nothing quite like the tropical punchbowl of grapefruit, peach, melon, tangerine and berry notes that these hops impart when working in tandem. Utilising our new dry-hopping technique to the fullest, the aroma and flavour intensity in this beer is completely off the chart. Paired up with a super soft pillowy mouthfeel thanks to our bespoke LA3 strain, this beer is Polly’s taking it to the next level. Long live Polly’s. Show Less
