Anyone who’s followed the brewery long enough knows that we’re hugely passionate about smashing the old school with the new school here at Polly’s. Paying homage to the brewers that we ourselves wouldn’t exist without, whilst simultaneously embracing our status as modern day juice slingers is something we love to carry through our beers and Funka keeps this passion alive thanks to an equally shared hop bill of two classic C hops, paired with two new school hype hops. Citra and Columbus bring the pithy citrus rind, backed up with grassy bitterness, whilst Mosaic and Sabro bring potent tangerine, coconut, lime and berry flavours to the party.
