A Vibrant Presence

That pyramid dry hop just manages to weave its way in and out of our brew plans, seemingly at will. First discovered and developed for our beers by our owner Sean during lockdown, we’ve advanced our knowledge of working with this technique of purposely accentuating the unique flavour profiles of each of the hop varieties we use on a particular beer by starting with a higher dose of the more potent hops, cascading down in volume so the more subtle hops form the top of our pyramid. Vibrant Presence brings this infamous Polly’s quirk to the super smashable pale ales we love so much, with a three way dance of Citra, Simcoe and Ekuanot for a certified tropical punchbowl of flavour – Citra leading the line with our base on the cold side bringing bright, bold citrus notes a-plenty, before a slightly smaller addition of Simcoe adds some berry and stonefruit sweetness, rounding off with a final flourish of Ekuanot for a dash of tropical notes with some herbal complexity.
