BD 05042022. Brownish black, small light brown head. Smells pretty sweet, caramel, some tonka. Body is a bit thin, some boozyness. Tastes medium sweet, but still quite some bitter roast. Tonka is surprisingly subtle, salted caramel there but restrained.

Nose of gingerbread, graham. Opens to woody tannin later. Char-y and woody initial spice heat. Moves to sophisticated chocolate notes. After a while, more salted caramel and vanilla show up. Changes nicely as it warms. Minus points for slimy body though.
