We recently teamed up with our Beer Buddies at @alvaradostreetbrewery for a dual collaboration to bring you, A Hoppier Kalifornia Hoppy Kolsch.
We fermented the golden hoppy wort at a cool 60 degrees. We then dry hopped the beer during fermentation to increase hop aroma and captured the CO2 naturally to create a softer, smooth mouthfeel. The result is a light and crushable beer with subtle notes of grapefruit, berry, mango, and a touch of pine/cedar dankness. Show Less
