30 kg of roasted, ground Brazilian Coffee from our friends at Elementary Coffee was added throughout the brewing process to characterise a delicious brew. It’s roughly an espresso shot per pint. Hope you weren’t planning on sleeping tonight...
Nose: Corner shop iced coffee, charcoal, forest berries, faint vanilla. Palate: Silky cold drip coffee, stewed black cherry, Ruby chocolate.
Malt: An onslaught of pale, crystal and roasted barley, rolled and naked oats, brown sugar and lactose make up one of our more complex malt bills. The ever important Carafa III and chocolate malt bringing forward rich dark hues and a touch of ash.
Hops: While the hops are secondary, they add needed spice and a further tickle of bitterness. Fuggles and East Kent noble hops combine with a touch of aromatic Cascade to get the job done. Show Less
