Cellar Reserve (#001)

Batch 001 is a re-imagination of Blue Suede Shews with a focus on a more luxurious texture. Revising our approach for using toasted cashews amplified the umami and cashew milk intensity. The adjustment of ingredients resulted in a tannin structure that elicits the effects of extended aging.

Incredible texture from the cashews brings a buttery slickness to the table. Rich flavors of cashew milk mingle with moderate toast and a savory note, hinting towards milk chocolate, custard, and burnt sugars.
