Counting Stars (2021)

This double dry-hopped oat laden exploration of New Zealand & Pac Northwest hops culminates in a colorful, tropically charged yet resoundingly resinous juicy IPA. A tag team of Strata & Mosaic powder mingle with a Southern hemi hop blend comprised of Nelson, Motueka, Pacific Jade & Pacifica resulting in flavors of ripe mango, gooseberry and fresh squeezed orange juice. A fruit fueled hop profile that is complemented by a bright citrusy acidity, rounded resinous character, and silky, soft mouthfeel. Nearly nine pounds per barrel of hand-selected hops went into this inaugural batch of Counting Stars and we are stoked to share the results of this endeavor come Saturday. ⁣ Show Less
