Smooth, biscuits, citrusy, disappeared quick enough.

toasted coconut, citrus, tropical fruits, if a Tunnocks caramel log shagged a Solero.

Very biscuity (obviously, that’s the point) - lots of oats and golden syrup with a teeny hint of coconut. Bigger than you expect.

underwhelmed by the lack of anzac flavour. got a nice subtle caramel and oat aftertaste but yeah could be stronger. bizarre beer to be brewed in leith too. apparently an exclusive for this pub because the owner is australian

One word sums up this #deluxebeer (whatever that is) named #anzac from @pilotbeeruk and that is: it’s tastes like biscuits. That is all. @vesselbarspilot

This one’s just not for me. The flavor, to me, is very hop forward, which is unexpected for a golden ale and IMHO it doesn’t work so well with the other flavors

Pilot goes posh with their own Edinburgh city centre bar! No beer barrels or crates here, but lots of excellent beer such as this Anzac and nice locally sourced menu including ice cream from my local farm!
