Vermont-Style Cold IPA

This beer tiptoes the line between a Cold IPA and a Vermont-style IPA. We get a taste of the tropics with notes of papaya, lychee, pineapple, and passion fruit along with a hint of some stone fruits like apricot and peach. It's soft, pillowy head and medium body make way for a somewhat crisp finish due to the cold-fermenting ale yeast we used to produce it. It is unfiltered so please keep it cold and drink it fresh!
